PharmaVexa is designed exclusively for pharmacy and parapharmacy management. You may use it to manage inventory, process sales, track credits, manage suppliers, coordinate your team, and generate business reports.
All use must comply with the pharmaceutical regulations applicable in your country.
03Prohibited Activities
You may not: use PharmaVexa for any illegal activity, attempt to access other users' accounts or data, upload malicious software or code, use the platform to store or distribute controlled substances records in violation of applicable law, share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals, use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform, or resell access to PharmaVexa without written authorization.
04Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Pharmacy owners are responsible for ensuring that all team members granted access comply with this policy.
Each user must have their own unique login credentials. Shared accounts are not permitted.
05Data Integrity
You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into PharmaVexa. We are not liable for business decisions made based on incorrectly entered data.
You should maintain your own backups of critical business data as an additional safeguard.
06Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account. We will attempt to contact you before taking action, except in cases of severe violations.
