Refund Policy

01Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your PharmaVexa subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

02Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are available if requested within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not made extensive use of the platform.

Annual plan subscribers may request a pro-rata refund within 30 days of purchase if the service does not meet their reasonable expectations.

03How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and reason for the refund. We will process eligible refunds within 10 business days.

04Non-Refundable Items

Custom integrations, dedicated onboarding sessions, and setup fees for Enterprise plans are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
