By accessing or using PharmaVexa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, including pharmacy owners, pharmacists, cashiers, and stock managers who access the platform.

PharmaVexa is a cloud-based pharmacy management platform (SaaS) that provides tools for inventory management, point of sale, credit tracking, purchase management, team management, and analytics.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

You agree to use PharmaVexa only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable pharmacy regulations in your jurisdiction.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, interfere with the platform's operation, or use the service for any fraudulent activity.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into PharmaVexa, including product catalogs, sales records, client information, and financial data.

We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You may export your data at any time in standard formats.

We strive to maintain 99.8% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

PharmaVexa includes an offline mode that allows basic operations to continue during internet outages.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will not apply to the current billing period.

PharmaVexa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Casablanca.
